I believe strong business relationships are built on clarity, trust, and shared expectations — not pressure or fine print.
To make beginning simple and low-risk, Gosport Services Group operates under the following standard:
Your first month’s payment is held as a security deposit.
If, within the first ninety (90) days, you feel the work is not meeting expectations, that deposit may be returned — provided concerns are communicated clearly and addressed in good faith.
My goal is not rushed outcomes.
It is alignment, momentum, and a relationship that works for both sides.
If expectations ever feel off, we address it together.
How Changes or Concerns Are Handled
Any concerns or issues must be communicated within one hundred twenty (120) days of the engagement start date
Memberships may be terminated in writing prior to the next billing cycle
Any partially billed month will be completed in full
When appropriate, payments may be temporarily suspended while we work to bring services back in line with expectations
This structure exists to protect both parties and preserve the relationship.
